Based on everything happening in the world right now--you are likely feeling a lot of things.
Maybe you are sad, scared, or overwhelmed.
Somewhere in there, you're likely mad.Â
Anger at the violence that keeps upping and upping and upping the ante.
Anger at the unnecessary cruelty of it all.Â
Anger that we can't seem to stop what is happening.Â
- Maybe your anger feels so reactive that it scares you—
like it’s in charge, like it could tip you into something you don’t recognize. - Maybe your anger feels far away-- like you intellectually know its there, but under a numbing fog where none of this feels real.
Wherever you are--this workshop is an opportunity to connect to Your Sacred Rage, in a way that feels safe, generous and empowering.Â

The level of emotional dysregulation you may be feeling is not accidental; it is by design.
And its purpose is simple:
to separate us from our truth,
from our power,
from the part of us that knows we are not helpless, not small, not victims of circumstance.
We are being collectively traumatized,
The Sacred Rage Workshop is a space to interrupt that manipulation, to heal, and to reconnect to our collective power.
Â
This workshop is an invitation to come into intimate relationship with your anger—
not to bypass it, suppress it, or let it run the show,
but to learn how to be with it safely, honestly, and deeply enough that it becomes a source of clarity and strength.
And this workshop is an opportunity to to do this work in community -- because isolation is yet another tool of cruelty,
designed to keep us small and fearful, as separate from one another rather than in this together.
When we don’t know how to be with our anger, it floods us, turns inward, or burns us out.
When we do know how to be with and express anger, it reconnects us to our bodies, our beliefs, and our ability to take action.
Hi, I'm Kyley!
I am a mystic, healer, and coach, who's obsessed with rescuing the parts of ourselves that we've been taught to reject.
I’ve supported hundreds of people in burning away patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt--so we can each be a greater force for impact and change in the world.Â
Â
And I'm Jillian!
I am a Resilience Coach and somatic practitioner, helping women and femmes move from survival to deep self-trust.
My clients rewire their nervous system for safety, aliveness and meaningful joy after loss, illness, or burnout.
Â
Learning to love and trust your anger is the secret to setting yourself free.Â
You’ve been taught to bury your rage, deep under the surface of your skin,
where it stagnates, turning into the cruel voice of your inner critic or powerlessness and despair.Â
Unprocessed anger turns petty, resentful and impotent.
It is reactionary and volatile. It lashes out, inflicting cruelty and seeking to harm.Â
But embodied anger? It’s a vital ingredient for changing the world--inside and out.Â
